Fundraising Information

We are offering our participants the option to fundraise for their preliminary, state, and local registration fees through a variety of fundraisers.  Each fundraiser will have it's own page with it's own details.  

 

Each participant is responsible for his/her own fundraising and all funds will be kept at the state level until they are used for an approved purpose or they are forfeited due to lack of particpation in the PA Cinderella program.  Lack of participation is when there has been no activity with the system through preliminary, state, international pageants or attending events as a representative of the system for an entire pageant season (September 1 through August 31).  In the case of forefeit, the money will be used by the PA Cinderella program to cver costs.  Approved reasons for use are only registration and entry fees of the preliminary and state pageants or for costs due directly to the international office for the international pageant.  Please ask any questions you may have about these details.  

How to use your funds:  Please submit an email to contact@pennsylvaniacinderellapageant.com no less than 1 week before the due date (so 3 weeks before preliminary pageants, approximately April 18th for the PA State pageant as due date still TBD, and June 24 for the International Pageant).
